We are looking for a dynamic Training Officer to join our Cluster of Excellence Quantum Science Austria. This role involves developing innovative educational programs, implementing the quantA Fellow Program, providing methodological support for lectures, organizing academic events, and establishing a new cooperative PhD program.

Your Responsibilities:
- Teaching development
- Implementation of the Fellow Program
- Methodological support for courses
- Organization of lectures and events
- Implementation of a new cooperative PhD program
Your Profile:
- Master's or Doctorate degree in a relevant field
- Knowledge and experience in program coordination
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Ability to collaborate with faculty, administrative staff, and external partners
- Familiarity with current trends in higher education and research
- Excellent German and English language skills, both spoken and written
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience in conflict management
- Sensitivity to implementing a diversity strategy
