The value chain from science to technology to business and commercial success is always driven by talented individuals. Finding them, educating them and giving them the opportunity and space to develop and grow is a central objective of the training program of quantA.
The quantA training program will be based on three pillars. What all these pillars have in common is the support of young scientists. This begins with the recruitment of young talent at national and international level and is complemented by the overarching goal of the quantA training program to increase diversity by encouraging minorities in general and female researchers in particular.
Bachelor’s and Master’s programs
PhD program
Postdoc and junior faculty training program
In each of the three pillars, we will focus on building a community of researchers in Austria that support each other. Some short term goals include workshops on interdisciplinary skills and well-being, mentoring opportunities and summer schools.
At the master level, a course is being offered that will bring together three institutions in Austria, enabling students to benefit from the expertise of various researchers and diverse academic environments.
