Experience the second quantum revolution as a musical spectacle! With lasers, mirrors, polarisers, and non-linear crystals, an experimental set-up from the high-tech lab will transform the Mariendom. Entangled photons will conduct Bruckner's Perger Prelude in a way no human could.
Two magnificent church organs will fill the cathedral with live music, offering a unique auditory experience. This world premiere provides a fresh perspective on our reality through the lens of quantum mechanics.

This project is part of the Upper Austrian KulturEXPO Anton Bruckner 2024 in cooperation with Ars Electronica and supported by JKU - LIT Open Innovation Center, VCQ Vienna Center for Quantum Science and Technology, the Universität Innsbruck, Technische Universität Wien, SFB - beyondC, and the Cultural Department of the Stadt Wien.
